About Depllo
CI shouldn't cost more than the servers it builds. Depllo exists so you can run your pipelines without a per-seat bill or a metered-minute surprise.
We built Depllo because our own CI kept getting more expensive — per-seat fees, minutes that burn faster on some runners than others, and a bill that grows with the team rather than the work. So we built a GitLab-CI-style engine that runs on our own Docker runners and charges a flat price per workspace.
Depllo connects to a GitHub repo, reads a .depllo-ci.yml, and runs the pipeline on its runners — live logs, artifacts, masked secrets, and a commit status back to GitHub. It's a drop-in replacement for GitHub Actions for teams that want predictable, IDR-first pricing.
Our principles
- Flat, not per-seat. One price per workspace with a pooled pool of build minutes. Adding a teammate never raises your CI bill.
- Compatible, not proprietary. We speak the GitLab-CI subset you already know, and ship a converter for GitHub Actions so switching is a single command.
- Your code stays yours. Your repository never leaves GitHub — Depllo connects over a webhook and clones to build. Disconnect any time.
- Transparent pricing. IDR pricing for our market, USD via PayPal for everyone else. Monthly billing. No hidden fees. Cancel anytime.
